MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
- Membership payments are set up as a monthly charge to your credit card and bank account with a 12-month installment term.
- Promo codes and monthly specials cannot be combined with Membership discounts.
- Must cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hrs or 1 business days of the appointment. If not, appointments will be missed for that month.
- A Credit card or Debit card is required for Membership Subscription.
- The first month’s fee is due at the time of Membership Subscription purchase.
- Each additional month will be charged to your credit card on file on the same day of each month you signed up for.
- The membership subscription requires a 6 month commitment and can be canceled anytime after the 6 month commitment with a 30-day written notice.
