MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
- Membership payments are set up as a monthly charge to your credit card and bank account with a 12-month commitment.
- Promo codes and monthly specials can not be combined with Membership discounts.
- Must cancel or reschedule an appointment within 2 business days of the appointment. If not, appointments will be missed for that month.
- A Credit card or Debit card is required for Membership Subscription.
- The first month’s fee is due at the time of Membership Subscription purchase.
- Each additional month will be charged to your credit card on file on the same day of each month you signed up for.
- Membership Subscriptions require at least a 12-month commitment but can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice but will be charged an early cancellation fee of $150.
- Clients can redeem their offer for free hydrafacial once they have been a member for at least six months.
